Wolf-tooth Wolf Tooth 104 BCD Bash Ring For Triple Crankset – Black

The Wolf Tooth 104 bash ring is one of the few available for 3-speed cranksets. Use the outer chainring holes to mount the Bash Ring and convert your crank into 2x-speed crank. The Bash Ring protects the middle and small chainring. Protects maximum chainrings from 26 to 30t or 32 to 34t

Compatibility:
Fits 3-speed cranksets with a 104 mm and 64 mm BCD. The Bash Ring is compatible with double cranksets that have flat outfacing mounting tabs, like Shimano XTR FC-M980. But most 2-speed specific cranks, like Shimano XT FC-M785, have a profiled outer surface on the mounting tab so the bash ring cannot be mounted on that non-flat surface.
The Bash Ring also works great with 104 BCD Elliptical 32t rings.

10mm long bolts are required when used with Wolf Tooth threaded 104 BCD chainrings.
8mm long bolts are required when used with the middle and small (2-speed) chainrings.
6mm long bolts are required when used only with the small (1-speed) chainring.

Note: These will not fit the new XTR or XT cranks with no outer chainring-bolts. Not recommended for Downhill use.
